The Diaconate Ministry assists the Minister with the needs of the Congregation. The Ministry prepares and assists the Minister in administering the Sacraments of the Church and takes care of the general appointments used in the worship service of the Church. The Ministry participates in the Baptismal Ceremony. The Ministry sends cards and makes calls to those who are in need of comfort. The Ministry has a Funeral Reception Committee that sets up Webster Hall for a reception after a service.

The Flower Committee is under the supervision of the Ministry and is responsible for arranging flowers in the sanctuary and distributing flowers to the sick and shut-ins following the services.
