The Property Board provides for the maintenance of the church building and grounds, as well as the church-owned parsonage. Most board members have experience or specific skills in areas such as landscaping, building maintenance, steam heating systems, utilities, woodworking and mechanical repair. This is a "hands-on" board that contracts only those jobs it can't personally complete.
